Cuiabá Esporte Clube é uma agremiação esportiva brasileira com sede em Cuiabá, no estado de Mato Grosso. Atualmente disputa a terceira divisão do campeonato brasileiro. Foi Campeão da segunda edição da Copa Verde em 2015, na decisão entre Cuiabá e Remo, o título ficou com a equipe mato-grossense. Após sofrer uma goleada de 4–1 na primeira partida, em Belém, o Cuiabá conseguiu reverter o placar no jogo de volta com uma vitória por 5–1, em Cuiabá, que ficou conhecida como "Cuiabaço" e "Humilhação na Arena Pantanal", pois o time adversário já se considerava "campeão" e já havia feito festas e camisas com alusão ao título.
